Deep Tissue Massage +2 Massage Enhancers
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

After rinsing off in the shower, you return to the table where I will use CBD oil. Benefits of CBD oil are pain relief, deep relaxation, reduces inflammation, improves sleep and skin health.
Detoxifying Sea Algae Wrap w/ Aromatherapy + 2 Massage Enhancers
Lotus Touch Sea Algae powder delivers aggressive detoxifying properties of Norwegian Ascophyllum Nodosum seaweed to help hydrate, stimulate circulation, and improve skin elasticity. First you will receive a full body sugar scrub, to prevent dead skin cells from blocking the masque absorption. Then after a quick rinse the masque is applied to your body. Next, lying on a warming pad, you will be wrapped with a mylar blanket and then sheet, followed by blankets. Heat will help draw out toxins. After 30 to 45 minutes the masque is removed. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.

Hot Stone Therapy .. Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.
Cupping.. creating suction with cups, also called Negative Pressure, to release tension, and adhesions in connective tissue. It aids in bringing in oxygen rich blood, which then carries out toxins to be flushed out by the body.
CBD Oil... add CBD oil to your next massage and feel the healing power! I use this oil on myself on a daily basis.
Sugar Scrub to your feet or hands.. indulge in a targeted sugar scrub like your feet or hands. Or just your back? Either way it feels amazing! Especially during the winter when dry skin can become quite painful. Body scrubs help you sloth off dead skin cells leaving your skin soft and smooth.

Don't want to leave home to get a massage? No problem! Book a In Home Spa experience. And never step out your door for massage again. I will bring everything needed. Great addition for Bridal showers, Baby showers, Birthday parties, Girls night out, Anniversary parties etc... or for no reason at all! Just to relax with friends or treat your coworkers.
There is one catch though. The Travel Fee ...
Travel Fee $50.00 if within 30 Miles of my location.
This is per location, not per person. If there is more than one person wanting massage services, the fee can be split between the amount of people receiving massage services from me.
